Who We Are

Coaching built around the complexity of what you're going through.

interluud exists for people who are used to solving hard problems and have just encountered one they can't think their way through alone. We bring strategic clarity and human presence to the moments that matter most.

Gabrielle San Nicola

Founder & Lead Coach

Gabrielle founded Interluud after recognizing a gap in support for high-achieving professionals navigating the end of significant relationships. Having witnessed firsthand how capable, driven people can become paralyzed when their personal lives intersect with the relentless demands of their careers, she built a practice designed specifically to meet that need. Gab combines rigor with genuine human presence.

With a background in child & adolescent mental health and a certification from Harvard Medical School's Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching program, Gabrielle brings both structure and empathy to every engagement. She works exclusively with individuals on a one-to-one basis, believing that meaningful progress in this kind of transition requires unhurried attention, not a program. Her approach is direct, warm, and firmly grounded in what her clients actually need to move forward.

What we believe

Clarity before comfort

We won't rush you past the hard parts. Seeing your situation clearly is uncomfortable, and it's still the shortest way through it.

Structure is a form of care

It's not enough to be handed a feelings worksheet. You should want an actionable plan and someone who can help you get there.

Your pace, your terms

There's no standard timeline for this. Some people want the whole plan in a week. Some need a month before they can look at any of it. Both are fine, and neither one is behind. We'll develop a cadence and timeline that works for you.

We'll tell you when we're not the answer

Coaching isn't therapy and it isn't legal advice. When what you need is a clinician or a lawyer, we'll say so, and we'll help you find one. We'd rather send you somewhere else than be the wrong kind of help.

What you tell us stays yours

You'll say things here you haven't said out loud yet. None of it gets sold, shared, or fed into anything.
