Who helps you heal AND rebuild? Who supports you in transforming this ending into your empowered new beginning?
That’s where I come in.
Coaching in New York City
I’ve called NYC home for over 11 years, and it’s taught me so much about resilience, creating connection, and the importance of having support when you’re rebuilding your life. This experience directly informs my divorce coaching and breakup recovery work.
I’m always happy to meet clients for in-person sessions; there’s something powerful about being seen and heard face to face, especially when you’re navigating a major life transition. However, I have many clients who have virtual only relationships. I’m flexible and happy to follow your lead.
How I Practice What I Preach
I’m constantly reading, working out, taking long walks through the city, doing yoga & pilates, and practicing breathwork. I stay connected to my body and emotions because I know that’s what allows me to show up fully for my clients.
I’m always learning about life, love, and the human experience. The more I understand, the better I can support you through your relationship transition.
Harvard Training & Coaching Approach
I’m a graduate of Harvard Medical School’s Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching program, and I’m constantly expanding my expertise with new methodologies and frameworks. I particularly love Byron Katie’s method for examining our thoughts and getting to the heart of what’s really happening behind our emotions.
My relationship coaching approach is holistic and deeply supportive. I’m here to help you figure out who you are now and what you want moving forward. We’ll discover this together, and I’m honored to take this journey with you.
My Coaching Style & Personality
My clients describe me as thoughtful, kind, and compassionate. I’m naturally nurturing and analytical, but I can be beautifully direct when the situation calls for it. I’m both a gentle supporter and a compassionate truth teller. It just depends on what you need in that moment.
I’m progressive and open-minded, which comes in handy when we’re reimagining what your life could look like. I believe in being generous with yourself during transitions, and if you’re willing to invest in personal growth and professional support, you’re going to emerge with an incredible sense of self.
My Promise To You
You are not alone in this. What you’re going through is one of life’s most challenging experiences, but it’s also an opportunity for profound growth and renewal.
I’m here to help you process your emotions, heal from relationship wounds, and continue living a great life. My hope is that it’s the best life you’ve ever lived. We’ll discover who you are now, what that means, and where you want to grow from here.
Because every ending really is a new beginning. And you’re going to be more than okay.
Hi! I’m Gab :)
I’m a Harvard Medical School certified relationship transition coach who believes every ending is actually a beginning in disguise.
My Journey to Relationship Transition Coaching
I’ve always been fascinated by how people connect. In college, while minoring in child & adolescent mental health and psychology, I wrote my senior thesis on online dating and how technology is reshaping modern romance. I was planning to become a psychiatrist and open a drug rehab center for young people, but life revealed a different path.
What I discovered was a critical gap in relationship transition support that changed everything for me.
The Support Gap That Inspired My Practice
Think about it: we hire wedding planners to orchestrate every detail of one perfect day, spending months planning the flowers, the music, the seating charts. But when relationships end, during what might be one of the most emotionally challenging periods of your life, you’re often navigating it with fragmented support.
Your therapist focuses on keeping you safe and stable. Your divorce lawyer charges by the hour and handles the legal side. Your friends and family are naturally protective but not always objective.
